Paul Xiong
Paul brings over 15 years of experience in real estate development and construction management. He has successfully overseen the development of over $500M in residential and commercial projects across North America. Paul holds a Master's degree in Construction Management from UBC and is a licensed Professional Engineer. His expertise spans from initial site analysis through to project completion, with a focus on sustainable building practices and innovative construction methodologies.
Kevin Chan
Kevin is a seasoned real estate professional with over 12 years of experience in property acquisitions, sales, and marketing. He has been instrumental in identifying and securing prime development opportunities worth over $300M. Kevin holds an MBA in Real Estate Finance from SFU and maintains strong relationships with investors, brokers, and municipal authorities. His strategic approach to market analysis and deal structuring has been key to Maverick's successful project acquisitions.
Mac Lee
Mac oversees all operational aspects of Maverick Development with over 18 years of experience in project management and business operations. He has managed complex multi-phase developments and has a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Mac holds a PMP certification and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. His operational excellence and attention to detail ensure smooth project execution from conception to completion.
